So today was the presentation for the communication skills for my class, and i was REALLY nervous (and extremely cold as well. The school should really save on their electricity bills!), probably because I didnt really prepare for the whole thing. The presentation was about giving a speech to a panel of judges for a scholarship, and everyone has to dress really formal and all that.. The thing was that I was wearing jeans, which, apparently, was not considered formal?? Hahaha, well, luckily for me, the teacher decided to overlook that and i got up to the front of the class. All eyes were staring at me. I wasnt really ready as i was still struggling to get on my tie. The atmosphere was really tense. I started my speech, but I felt that my voice was really shaky. It was until I got to the part about what is so good about yourself that I really got the whole class laughing like crazy for some reason. Well, all I said was that i was a very punctual person :) At the end of my speech, the teacher asked the class whether i was lying through my teeth the whole time :)haha
Well, alls well that ends well, 'Coz the whole class passed the thing. Hmmmm, I wonder when I should start my preparation for next week's presentation?
